Miranda Yaver is a political scientist and health policy researcher at the Fielding School of Public Health at UCLA. She received her Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University. Her research has appeared in the Journal of Law, Economics, and Organization and the American Journal of Political Science, with health policy writing appearing in such outlets as The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Guardian.
